This Refund & Returns Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through the Nexjena Pte. Ltd. website and related sales channels. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
We accept returns and issue refunds only under the following conditions:
Defective or Damaged Products — Product arrives with manufacturing defects or is damaged during delivery.
Incorrect Item Sent — A different product from what you ordered.
Material Variance from Description — Product materially differs from the description on our website.
To qualify:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
All original components, labels, and seals must be intact.
You must request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Products opened or used
Products without original packaging or seals
Allergic reactions or personal sensitivities
Delivery delays due to customs or carrier issues

Order number
Clear photos/videos showing the issue
Proof of delivery (if available)
Return authorization must be provided before sending any product back. Unapproved returns may be rejected.
Returns due to our error (damage, defect, wrong item) — return shipping is covered by us.
Returns for other approved reasons — customer is responsible for return shipping.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees on the return shipment.
Once the returned product is received:
We will inspect your item within 3 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
You will be notified by email once the refund is issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Once the order is handed over to the courier, risk transfers to the logistics provider.
If your package is lost or stolen, we will assist in communicating with the courier, but are not responsible for loss or delays beyond reasonable control.
Import duties, taxes, and fees charged by destination countries are the buyer’s responsibility.
Customs delays are not eligible for refunds or compensation.
We encourage customers to contact us for support before initiating disputes or chargebacks.
Fraudulent chargeback claims may result in account sanctions and collection actions.
