When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

How long does delivery take?

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

Singapore: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Total estimated fulfillment time (processing + shipping):

  • Singapore: 5–12 business days

  • International: 9–26 business days

Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?

Delivery may be affected by:

  • Courier operational delays

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High order volumes

  • Government regulations or epidemic control measures

Once the parcel is handed to the courier, delivery timing is managed by the logistics provider.

How can I track my order?

If tracking is available, we will provide tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

For delivery updates, customers may contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery may fail

  • Additional shipping charges may apply

  • Refunds may not be granted for failed deliveries

When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

What if my package is lost or significantly delayed?

Once an order has been handed to the courier, the responsibility for transit handling lies with the logistics provider.

We will assist in communicating with the courier where necessary, but we are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
