Questions, answered.
Nexjena is a different kind of botanical brand — built around wellness security, not a one-time fix. If you have questions about what it is, how it works daily, and whether it's right for your family, you'll find the answers here.
The Product
What is Nexjena?
Nexjena is Asia's first Wellness Security platform — a botanical brand built around one idea: a family of four faces an average of 36 illness episodes a year, and most wellness products only show up after something's already gone wrong.
Nexjena is a whole-plant botanical powder, mixed with warm water, taken daily as a household ritual — so your family is building resilience before pressure moments hit, not reacting after.
What is Wellness Security?
Wellness Security means treating your family's defences like infrastructure, not an afterthought. Most supplement brands ask you to remember a routine on faith. Nexjena is built to make that routine effortless — taken daily, restocked automatically on subscription, and always there for the moments your family needs it most.
Who is Nexjena for?
Nexjena is for families who want one simple, reliable daily ritual instead of a cabinet full of separate products.
Specifically, it suits urban professionals, frequent travellers, people under work stress, and households who want to be prepared for seasonal immune dips — people who are sceptical of the supplement industry but believe in the science behind botanical wellness.
What makes Nexjena different from other supplement brands?
Three things separate Nexjena from the supplement category:
- Patented whole-plant formulation. We use every part of each botanical — the root, the peel, the leaf, the stem — under a patented process. The parts every other brand discards are the parts we put in the formula. Every ingredient is sourced from land we own in Indonesia.
- Full transparency. Four ingredients, named in Latin, dosed in milligrams. No proprietary blends. Every batch independently tested before it ships.
- A daily ritual, not a one-off purchase. Subscribe & save and Nexjena becomes part of your family's routine automatically — no remembering to reorder, no running out.
Is Nexjena a TCM product?
No. Nexjena is Botanical Wellness — not Traditional Chinese Medicine, and not a synthetic supplement. Our four botanicals — ginger, lemongrass, guava leaf and black pepper — are familiar foods you already know, not unfamiliar herbs.
What makes Nexjena different from TCM is the same thing that makes it different from synthetic vitamins: a patented whole-plant process using the root, peel, leaf and stem of each plant, paired with full transparency on every ingredient and its source. TCM formulations are often proprietary blends that are hard to trace; synthetic supplements isolate a single lab-made compound. Nexjena does neither — every part, every dose, every source, disclosed.
The Formula
What are the four ingredients?
Every pouch contains four botanicals, dosed per 1 teaspoon (3g) serving:
- Zingiber officinale (Ginger) — 1,300mg. Anti-inflammatory. Inhibits COX-2 and LOX enzyme pathways — the same mechanism as NSAIDs, without the gastrointestinal side effects.
- Cymbopogon citratus (Lemongrass) — 1,000mg. Antioxidant and antimicrobial. Citral compounds suppress TNF-alpha and NF-κB inflammatory pathways.
- Psidium guajava (Guava leaf) — 600mg. Immunostimulatory. Quercetin directly activates immune response — increasing lymphocytes and inhibiting viral replication enzymes. Backed by a human randomised clinical trial conducted in Indonesia.
- Piper nigrum (Black pepper) — 100mg. Bioavailability enhancer. Piperine inhibits first-pass elimination of the other three botanicals, measurably increasing their absorption.
Why only four ingredients?
Because four is enough. Each ingredient is present at a meaningful, scientifically credible dose — not a token amount included to make the label look impressive.
Formulae with twelve or fifteen ingredients are typically masking weak individual doses behind a long list, or obscuring actual amounts in a proprietary blend. We chose to do neither. Four ingredients. Every amount declared. Nothing hidden.
What does "whole-plant formulation" mean?
Most supplement brands use one part of each plant — the root, the seed, the berry. The rest is left in the field or destroyed after harvest.
Nexjena's patented process uses the whole plant. For ginger: the root, the peel, and the leaf. For guava: the leaf, the stem, and the leaf peel. Published peer-reviewed research confirms the discarded parts contain the same principal bioactive compounds as the commercially traded fractions — sometimes at higher concentrations. This isn't a sustainability story. It's a science story.
Why is black pepper in a wellness supplement?
Black pepper piperine at 100mg isn't there as a spice. It's a delivery mechanism. Piperine inhibits CYP3A4 metabolic enzymes in the intestinal wall — slowing the breakdown of the other three botanical compounds and measurably increasing how much your body actually absorbs.
Without it, a meaningful portion of the ginger, lemongrass and guava leaf passes through your system before it can be absorbed.
How is every batch verified?
Every production batch is tested by independent third-party laboratories — including Singapore HSA-aligned testing, Indonesia BPOM, Eurofins Taiwan and Anresco USA — before it ships. Testing covers heavy metals, microbial quality, and drugs and poisons.
The product is manufactured under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certification in Indonesia and packed in Singapore. Batch certificates are available on request at info@nexjena.com.
How to Use
How do I prepare Nexjena?
Mix one level teaspoon (approximately 3g) with 150ml to 200ml of warm water. Stir until dissolved. Follow with one glass of water. Honey or your preferred sweetener may be added if desired.
Can I take Nexjena every day?
Yes — daily use is exactly how Nexjena is designed to work. It's a wellness ritual the whole family shares, not an occasional reserve. The label allows up to 3 servings a day because we want your family using Nexjena often — around travel, seasonal change, pollution, demanding weeks, or whenever your body could use the support.
At everyday use shared across a household, one 90g pouch is priced and formulated as a long-running family supply — about SGD $8 a month when you subscribe and spread it over roughly two years. Subscribe & save to keep a fresh pouch always on the way.
How much does one pouch last?
Each pouch is 90g and contains 30 servings at one teaspoon (3g) per serving. Shared daily across a family of four, that works out to roughly SGD $1.95 per person, per use, or about SGD $8 a month when one pouch is spread over around two years on a subscription.
Can I take Nexjena if I am on medication?
If you are on prescription medication — particularly blood thinners, antihypertensives, or any medication metabolised by the liver — consult your doctor before use.
Ginger and black pepper piperine can affect the metabolism of certain drugs. This isn't a reason to avoid Nexjena — it's a reason to have a brief conversation with your healthcare provider first. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Sourcing
Where are the ingredients sourced?
All four botanicals are grown on Nexjena-owned plantations across Indonesia. We do not source from commodity suppliers or third-party farms.
Indonesia is the natural home of all four ingredients — ginger, lemongrass, guava and black pepper have been grown across the archipelago for centuries. Owning our land gives us complete control over how the plants are grown, harvested and processed — including which parts are collected, which is what makes the patented whole-plant process possible.
Where is the product manufactured and packed?
The botanical powder is processed and manufactured in Indonesia under GMP certification. The final product is packed in Singapore. Third-party safety testing is conducted before every batch ships.
Is the product organic?
Our botanicals are grown without unnecessary chemical inputs on our own land. We do not currently hold a formal organic certification — obtaining and maintaining organic certification across multiple plantation sites in Indonesia is a multi-year process we're actively pursuing.
Every batch is tested for heavy metals, microbial quality, and drugs and poisons by independent laboratories. These results are available on request.
Safety
Is Nexjena safe?
All four ingredients in Nexjena — ginger, lemongrass, guava leaf and black pepper — are widely recognised food-grade botanicals with long histories of safe human use. None are prohibited by HSA Singapore, Japan's Food Sanitation Law, or the US FDA.
Every batch is independently tested for heavy metals, microbial quality, and drugs and poisons before it ships. The product is manufactured under GMP certification. This is a health supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a pre-existing medical condition or are on medication, consult your doctor before use.
Are there any side effects?
At the doses in Nexjena, side effects are uncommon in healthy adults. Ginger at higher cumulative doses can occasionally cause mild digestive discomfort in sensitive individuals.
The most important consideration is drug interaction — specifically for people on blood-thinning medication. If this applies to you, consult your doctor before use.
Can I give Nexjena to children?
Nexjena is formulated for adults. We do not recommend use by children without prior advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
