The Product
What is Nexjena?
Nexjena is a botanical wellness blend prepared for your family's wellbeing as part of a simple daily routine, taken as needed or on-demand— not a complicated regimen of numerous bottles, pills and/or drinks. It is a single powder you mix with warm water. Kept in the kitchen, ready whenever your family needs it.
Who is Nexjena for?
Nexjena is for households who want a simple, reliable wellness blend — without a cabinet full of separate supplements or complicated routines.
It's formulated with food-grade botanicals long used across generations, and suits people who are skeptical of the supplement industry and believe in the science behind botanical wellness.
What makes Nexjena different from other supplement brands?
Three things:
- We use the root, the peel, the leaf, the stem — the parts most brands discard — grown soil-to-shelf on Nexjena-managed plantations in Indonesia.
- Full transparency on the label. Four ingredients, named in Latin, dosed in milligrams, with every batch third-party tested in Singapore.
- Built for the whole family. One pouch — not a shelf of separate products for different family members.
Is Nexjena a TCM product?
No. Nexjena is inspired by botanical traditions across Southeast Asia — using familiar ingredients like ginger, lemongrass, guava leaf, and black pepper — but built as a distinct, modern scientific formulation rather than a classical system like TCM.
The Formula
What are the four ingredients?
Every pouch contains four botanicals, dosed per one-teaspoon (3g) serving:
- Zingiber officinale (Ginger) — 1,300mg. Used to help maintain a healthy inflammatory response and support digestive comfort.
- Cymbopogon citratus (Lemongrass) — 1,000mg. Antioxidant and antimicrobial, helping calm the body's inflammatory response.
- Psidium guajava (Guava leaf) — 600mg. Supports immune response and helps the body manage everyday inflammation, particularly during seasonal changes.
- Piper nigrum (Black pepper) — 100mg. A bioavailability enhancer that helps your body absorb the other three botanicals more effectively.
Why only four ingredients?
Because four is enough. Each ingredient sits at a meaningful, scientifically credible dose — not a token amount added to make the label look impressive.
Formulas with dozens of ingredients often spread doses thin or don't disclose exact amounts. Nexjena does the opposite: four ingredients, every amount declared, nothing hidden.
What does "whole-plant formulation" mean?
Nexjena's process combines root, peel, leaf and stem across our four botanicals, in ratios developed specifically for each plant — not just the one part the industry typically extracts and discards. Ginger draws mainly from the leaf; lemongrass from the inner stalk, outer leaf and outer stem; guava from the leaf, leaf peel and stem; and black pepper from the berry and pericarp (outer hull).
Research suggests the parts other brands discard often contain the same bioactive compounds — sometimes at meaningful concentrations.
How to Use
How do I prepare Nexjena?
Mix one level teaspoon (about 3g) with 150ml–200ml of warm water. Stir well until dissolved and follow with a glass of water. Honey or your preferred sweetener may be added if desired.
Can the whole family take it every day?
Yes — many families do take it daily. But it's just as suited to flexible use: some households use it every day, others reach for it more when someone's run down, traveling, or the weather's turning. Each pouch holds 30 servings — up to 3 times a day, as needed — so it flexes with how your family actually lives, not the other way around.
Can I take Nexjena if I'm on medication?
If you're on prescription medication — particularly blood thinners, antihypertensives, or anything metabolised by the liver — consult your doctor before use. This isn't a reason to avoid Nexjena, just a reason to check first.
Sourcing & Safety
Where are the ingredients sourced, and how is Nexjena verified?
All four botanicals are grown on Nexjena-managed plantations across Indonesia — we don't source from commodity suppliers or third-party farms. The powder is manufactured under GMP certification and packed in Singapore.
Every batch is independently tested by third-party Singapore laboratories for heavy metals, microbial quality, and drugs and poisons before it ships. Lab results are available on our Science page.
Is Nexjena safe for the whole family, including kids?
Nexjena is formulated with four widely recognised, food-grade botanicals that have long been used across generations, from young children (ages 6 and above) to seniors. Nexjena is not recommended for pregnant women. It is a wellness supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Are there any side effects?
No - the main consideration is drug interaction, particularly for people on blood-thinning medication — consult your doctor if this applies to you.
Purchasing
Why does it cost more than a regular multivitamin?
You're not comparing like for like. A generic multivitamin is a single synthetic compound covering one thing. To cover what one Nexjena pouch does — immunity, digestion, skin, travel, seasonal change — most families are already buying five or more separate products: a multivitamin, a probiotic, a skin supplement, maybe something for travel or allergies. Nexjena replaces that shelf with one whole-plant blend, grown on our own managed plantations and lab-tested every batch.
Spread across a household of four it works out to roughly SGD $0.80 per person, per day — for what would otherwise be five or more bottles, not one.
How long does one pouch actually last?
One 90g pouch contains 30 servings — your household's reserve for roughly a month, depending on how often you use it.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Pause, skip a delivery, change your frequency or cancel — anytime, with no penalty. Our Subscription is built around your routine, not against it.
Shipping
How long does shipping take, and can I return a product?
Singapore delivery is 2–3 business days; Asia-Pacific 5–10; Rest of world 7–21 — all estimates, not guarantees.
For returns, unopened products are eligible within 14 days.
